horrible tshirts quality, at the bin after a single use
I had purchased 2 T shirts cool and cute for my cruise last year. They looked like they fit so I got them then they were too tight so I tried to exchange the rude lady said more than 2 weeks no returns HELLO I WAS ON A CRUISE. So I gave them away to friends. It's Principle. I hope they go out of business can't stand them and I won't ever buy from them again!

Appalling customer service. Disgusting attitude over the phone.
They obviously are not making enough sales in store as they have a different in store refund policy to their online refund policy, but they don't bother telling you that!
Their customer service contact forms claims they respond within 24hrs - another lie. They continue to ignore because they don't want to return my money.
One of the worst customer service. Placed an order almost a month back, that was never delivered and now I am struggling to get the refund back. Called multiple times the customer service number and every time being told the same thing that an investigation is ongoing for the missing parcel and they have no defined process or turn around time by when the investigation will be completed. Leaving me with money with Armani Exchange and without any product.
Never expected such a worse customer service from a brand like Armani Exchange. Will not recommended to anyone ever.
Be careful when shopping with this site!
I have shopped with this company over the last few weeks spending hundreds of pounds and I am a first time shopper with this company.
I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of customer care and service! Once again a company that are only interested in taking your money !
Delivery notifications change constantly and they lie about delivery dates - I was given a date stayed off of work and it never came, no support! Or compensation.
Jut received my order and all though it says i have 3 returns performs invoices , it came with nothing!
I called 26th FEb 2021 and spoke with Craig who was belittling and advised he knew nothing ! He said he was not obliged to send the forms and it was a courtesy - no apology. I advised that they should follow through with the courtesy he advised they don’t send forms in the post, although they send it with your delivery?? Which is a little confusing! The advisor did nothing to assist me , stated he can send me a link, I advised I don’t have a printer and it is lockdown he then said he did not know !!!! He was unable to advise or try and make a discretionary decision or speak to a manager to get authorisation ! I asked to raise a complaint he then said he can escalate, at which he could have advised in the beginning! But stated nothing will happen as he has come across this in the past! So send the forms then!!! Send what you described in the paperwork.
The advisor was patronising and belittle to me by stating he would raise this and STRONGLY advise what I have said (he stressed the words) that I wanted copies of the form! Not what you expect from someone who is supposed to support and leave you a happy and satisfied customer.
He Could not advise who a manager was and did not know of any policy or process to support customers without a printer. I will let be sent a form that I may not be able to print out.
This may be fraudulent and a way to keep your money as the delivery will not be excepted at customs!!! Without these forms.
I will not be shopping with the company ever again due to this experience and just the way I was dealt with by the customer service person! Who did not advise anything and left me dissatisfied.
As it stands I now need to find a printer! When I get the email with the link!
Not everyone has a printer and not everyone has access to the internet. Very discriminatory!!!! And also taking time out of the little returns time I have .
It’s just a name and nothing else !
Very bad customer service for such a big company that should have no less than high customer care and service !

I have got a manufacturer defected watch after spending so much on this brand never thought a brand like Armani can do this to the customers so disappointed with you guys.
The Armani Exchange customer service team is abismal. I placed and order 15 days ago with the correct address and it was not delivered. When I reached out, they asked me to check with my neighbors, even though the tracking said it was never delivered. Now they're holding my refund hostage saying they need to confirm the package gets returned by UPS before they can give me my money back. When I expressed my frustration, no one even pretended to care.
